Would you relish an hour with a coach to focused on technique improvement or understanding your movement better? We use video and photo feedback to help you see as well as feel when you're lifting - we also use PUSH band to ensure you are working optimally for the desired outcome of the training.
Perhaps a 1-2-1 is perfect to give you a little push to find a renewed sense of motivation to work on the things that you may be missing.
Coaching & Programming [In Person & Remote]
A 4-week personalised program that can be used by lifters at the club or remote athletes training elsewhere. Each program is individual to your needs to see greater improvements in a shorter space of time.
Great for beginners to get a head start, or competitive lifters who want to reach the next level and a stock group program is simply not cutting it. Equally, if you have rehab or an injury need to work around.
Remote athletes will need to complete either a 1-2-1 session at the club or complete a questionnaire and videos of current lifting to start. Once registered the program will commence, you can send videos of top sets of main lifts for review and feedback on a weekly basis.
We can program for 3/4/5/6 or double days lifting as well as competition prep. Contact us to discuss your needs in further detail or take a look at our personalised programs if you prefer a tailored approach.
