Welcome to our team entry page. The fund-raising day will begin at 9 am with a weigh in and team talk before proceeding to battle it out over 3 events

Max Snatch – In 20 minutes

Back Squat max reps at bodyweight on bar in 10 minutes

Tug of war Knock outs

The Live Elekio barbell auction will be held around 1pm with lunch and is open to all – highest bid confirms the auction once the reserve has been met so make sure you bring adequate cash or card payment to get your hands on this great prize.

Events will resume after the lunch and auction until all teams have completed all 3 challenges. Winners will recieve medals and goody bags with treats from Eleiko and Weightlifting House.

Team entry price is £100 – Including a yummy packed lunch from our local supporting cafe The Hog Shack – You will be ordered 4x Moroccan chicken lunch boxes as standard unless you let us know at check out in the additional info box that you would like any vegetarian or vegan options instead (Roasted Butternut & Goats cheese or Pasta Verde) Please state number of each meal needed.

Mixed team or single sex is fine – Please add the names and DOB of each team member in additional info at check out.

We also have a range of Barbells for Boobs T-shirts (male & female) for £20 and ladies crop top style training bras for £25 available to add to your basket – see below – with all profits going to the charity. You can choose either pick up at the event or to be posted within the UK – If you are using the postal service please be advised to allow 10-14 days for delivery. Please check sizing info as there are no returns available.
