New mix and match coaching and programming plans for teams and individuals, online or in person
2020 has been a rollercoaster year for us all and we are edging into 2021 with continuing restrictions on our movements – we aim to improve your movement quality and find your strength regardless of government restrictions.
We are excited to offically launch our 2021 individual and remote coaching and training plans which are now live for applications. These plans are perfect for lifters that are looking to keep up with training through the COVID madness and have the following qualities:
- Motivated to use this time to develop their sport and come out stronger. Be this Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting or Strength & Conditioning for other sports.
- Open to feedback on developing technique, or would like help improving strength base or try alternative training plans to bust a plateau or become more competitive.
- Are able to consistently check in, log progress and provide video footage of you lifting via messenger to review with your coach.
- You are flexible, have your own equipment or willing to work around the restrictions the government are putting in place by adapting to using a mixture of online remote, or in-person 2-1 or 1-2-1 outdoor coached sessions.
If this your bag – apply for your spot now – intake will be limited to ensure you receive effective coaching. Head coach Lizzie Havers will be delivering all programming, while online coaching and team check ins will be covered by herself and her qualified coaching team.
Choosing a team, or individual plan from the options below will take you to our booking system. Fill in the athlete questionnaires and add your payment details. You can swap or change your plan from within this system at any time. Once your application and payment arrives we will call you to confirm and discuss your place, and to set up your sessions for the January start.

Individual Remote Coaching. Including Online consult – personal programming for training x3-6 days per week in Olympic weightlifting or Powerlifting or strength and conditioning for other sports. Weekly video submission and reviews on zoom – options for x1 or x4 live training sessions per month in person or online. Programming on interactive google sheet. £89
Remote Team program – Join our club program and train with a team of lifters in Weightlifting/Powerlifting 3x per week. Interactive google sheet programming and team scoreboard. Weekly check-in and monthly team session on Zoom. Live Zoom coaching or in person 1-2-1 available as bolt ons. £56
In person 1-2-1 or 2-1 Outdoor coached sessions – Grab a hour with your coach to get the best coaching in situ and realtime. You can be following your own program, using our individual programming or team programming or simply focus in on specific parts of your lifting with undivided coaching support. £56/£89.99
1 hour Zoom coaching – You are looking for a little coach support from your location during a tricky session or would like to have your form checked live while you lift. Or you would like to discuss training related topics in more detail. Book yourself a consult call
